• Mass destruction of wetlands and a 10 Acre pond for Phase 3 development of Technopark
• Numerous habitat for migratory birds and various species are destroyed forever
• Wetlands that act as a shock absorber were destroyed and flood was faced by nearby localities destroying their homes and lives for ever.
• The Environmental Clearance granted to Dragonstone Reality Pvt Ltd in Technopark Phase 3 for around 2,71,600 Sqm was cancelled by the Honorable National Green Tribunal ( NGT). A fine of 15 Crores was levied on the Project Proponent for destructing the Wetlands.
